Permission to film at your premises

For the owner or manager of the place we're filming in. Read the seven points, fill in the details, tick the box. You'll get a copy by email.

  1. I own, manage or am authorised to speak for the premises named above, and I give Lewis Jackson and his crew permission to film and photograph there on the date or dates given, inside and outside.
  2. The footage can show the premises, its name, signage, branding and the people in it, and can be used in videos, short clips and photographs on YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X, Lewis Jackson's websites and email, and any other platform, now or in the future. This includes clips cut and posted by editors and creators working with him on their own accounts.
  3. The footage can be used to promote those videos, including paid promotion, and can be edited, shortened, captioned and combined with other material. This permission is worldwide and has no time limit. No fee is payable for it.
  4. I'll let staff know in advance that filming is happening, and I'm happy for the crew to put up a 'filming in progress' notice at the entrance. Anyone who appears on camera and can be identified will be asked to sign a separate personal release. Anyone who doesn't want to be filmed will be kept out of shot.
  5. I can ask the crew to stop or pause filming at any time on the day, and to avoid any area, item or document I point out.
  6. The crew will leave the premises as they found them and will make good any damage they cause. Beyond that, Lewis Jackson isn't responsible for any loss arising from the filming, and I'm not responsible for any injury to the crew that isn't caused by the premises.
  7. I don't need to approve the footage or the edit before it is published.
